Hi, I'm Ivy! I aim to free us from disease by using computers for computation and infrastructure. I work at the Kundaje Lab to build and maintain tools for genomics researchers! One of my responsibilities is to transform Kipoi, a genomics model zoo, into a project that can support the future of research.

I also built & maintain bay.lgbt- an automated, yet curated, events calendar for the cuter side of the Bay Area.

I believe being open-source and accessible are critical to the future of science, and especially medicine. If you keep ideas closed, I strongly urge you to reconsider :3
